Returns for Defective Products Only
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect from our end. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect size selection. -
14-Day Return Window
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us and initiate the return process within 14 days from your date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or return. -
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. If your item is defective and your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. You can then choose to place a new order for a replacement item if you wish. -
How to Initiate a Return
If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps to start your return:
• Contact our support team via email at talynnenterprises@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
• Provide your Order Number and clear photo or video proof demonstrating the defect or damage.
• Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. -
Return Shipping Costs & Fees
• Defective Items: Because we only accept returns for defective items, Shop by Drive256 will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid shipping label.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns on defective products. -
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. -
